BooknGO – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to BooknGO. We are pleased to support you with your travel planning and booking needs. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the services we provide, what you can expect from us, and your responsibilities when making a booking through BooknGO.

Throughout this document:

“BooknGO”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to BooknGO.
“You” refers to any customer using our website or booking travel services through us.

1. Our Role & Independent Suppliers

BooknGO connects travellers with a wide variety of travel services, including air tickets, accommodation, ground transport, visa assistance, excursions, and tour arrangements offered by independent Suppliers around the world.

Each Supplier operates under its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside this Agreement. Your contract for any travel product or service is formed directly between you and the Supplier, not with BooknGO.

We operate solely as a booking agent and travel facilitator. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, or other service providers. Suppliers may adjust prices due to taxes, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or regulatory changes. Any such increases may be passed on to you.

2. Payments

We may hold a reservation request on your behalf, but the price is only confirmed once full payment is received and travel documents have been issued in accordance with Supplier rules.

By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to process payments with the respective Suppliers. After payment, certain Suppliers may legally revise costs due to changing taxes, fuel fees, or exchange rates. We will inform you immediately if this occurs.

3. Supplier-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

Suppliers may modify or cancel bookings due to operational, commercial, or regulatory reasons. If this happens, BooknGO will notify you promptly, provided sufficient time exists before your trip.

Subject to the Supplier’s policies, you may be offered:

A revised itinerary

A suitable alternative

A cancellation with any applicable refund

Refunds are strictly governed by Supplier rules, and BooknGO cannot guarantee or expedite the refund process.
If any airline or Supplier informs us of schedule changes before your departure, we will update you via the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to check your email regularly before travelling.
After departure, it is your responsibility to re-confirm onward or return flights directly with the airline as required.

4. Acceptance of These Terms

By booking with BooknGO or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by the individual terms of any Supplier involved in your arrangements.

You confirm that:

You are legally able to enter binding contracts
You are authorised to make bookings on behalf of all travellers included
All information provided is accurate

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers in your group are informed of the relevant terms and conditions.

5. Booking Changes Requested by You

Changes to confirmed bookings depend on availability and Supplier policies. BooknGO may charge service fees in addition to Supplier-imposed change or cancellation fees.

Many airlines and Suppliers do not allow name changes. In such cases, a name correction may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Flight segments must be used in the exact sequence shown on your ticket. Missing or skipping a segment may cause the remainder of your itinerary to be cancelled automatically.

6. Cancelling Your Booking

Cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant Supplier(s). BooknGO may apply its own service fees for cancellations.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive funds back from the Supplier.

Partially used or promotional tickets are often non-refundable.

If you have travel insurance, you may be able to recover some cancellation costs through your
insurer.

7. Airline Check-In Issues

If you reach an airport check-in counter and the airline cannot find your confirmed reservation, do not leave the counter. If your ticket shows confirmed status, the airline is usually obligated to:
Accommodate you on the same flight, or Place you on an alternative flight, or Provide compensation, depending on the jurisdiction Always request assistance from a supervisor if necessary.

8. Complaints During Travel

If you encounter a problem while travelling, notify the relevant Supplier (e.g., hotel, tour provider, airline) immediately so they can attempt to resolve it.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact BooknGO as soon as possible so we can assist. Failure to notify us promptly may reduce our ability to help and may affect any post-travel claims.

9. Travel Documents & Destination Requirements

You must verify that all travel documents issued to you are correct. Travel documents are valuable and should be protected carefully.
BooknGO does not guarantee the safety, suitability, or risk level of any destination. We recommend checking official government travel advisories relevant to the countries you plan to visit.

10. Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements

You are responsible for:
Ensuring your passport is valid for all destinations (often 6 months beyond the return date) Obtaining all required visas or permits, meeting health or entry requirements applicable to your itinerary BooknGO offers visa consultation and submission support, but final approval is solely at the discretion of embassies and immigration authorities.
